Playing Pachisi Reforged Online
Pachisi Reforged runs in a web browser. Current matches are solo games against bots; human multiplayer is not yet available.
What does online play mean?
You access the game through the website. Journey and Brawl currently use computer opponents, with game logic running in the browser and some bot decisions using Scrimtera servers.
Can I play without a human opponent?
Yes. Bot matches are available immediately and use the same rules described in the Rules.
Which bots require a connection?
On-device engines run in the browser. The Traversing engine sends legal move options to the server for selection. If it cannot respond, an on-device fallback chooses the move.
Is human multiplayer available?
No. Human multiplayer, matchmaking, private matches, tournaments, spectators, and replays are not currently available.
Does online access change the rules?
No. Network access does not change movement, captures, scoring, or timers. The formal rules define legal gameplay.
What should I do if the game reports an error?
Record the page, mode, bot, and action involved, then use the contact page. Check the rules before assuming an unexpected move is a bug.
