Scrimtera sells cosmetic game-piece designs. Each design is a digital item, unlocked on the account that bought it as soon as payment is confirmed.

14-day refunds

You can get a full refund for any design within 14 days of buying it. No reason is required.

How to request a refund

Sign in to the account that made the purchase, open Purchase History, and select Request refund on the purchase. Nothing needs to be sent back.

What happens next

The full amount you paid is returned to your original payment method, in the currency you paid. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days. Once the refund completes, the design is removed from your account.

After 14 days

Purchases are non-refundable after 14 days, except where the law requires otherwise.

Chargebacks and disputes

If a payment is reversed through a chargeback or dispute, the design is removed from your account.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account does not refund purchases, and purchases are not restored if you register again. Request any refund before deleting your account.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
